Cancellation Policy

Time is precious, and I look forward to the time we have scheduled together. If for any reason you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment - please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to avoid any fees. If you cancel, or reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours of your scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of 50% of the service you have booked, to the card held on your account. Any no call, no shows will be charged for the entire service booked. If for any reason you are running 15 minutes behind, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. We understand that things can come up, we just ask that you please respect our time, and communicate with us.
